Amosco, which was set up in 1990, initially focused on confectionery and cookies, as well as frozen foods. In 1999, it realigned its business to focus mainly on frozen foods and supplies to the foodservice market (catering, airlines, hotels, etc) and exports to other Southeast Asia countries. In June 2008, Amosco became a subsidiary of Angliss Singapore.

Amosco offers a full-range of quality products that are mostly halal and HAACP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)-certified. Its products can be tailor-made and modified to suit its customers. Its products, which come from US, Europe and Asia, include dim sum, pizzas, spring rolls and samosas, puff pastries, processed seafood, fully-cooked processed chicken, and thaw-and-serve pastries such as mini éclairs, egg tarts and mini cake rolls. Some of its major customers include Swensen’s, Suntec Convention Centre and airline caterers (Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS) and Changi International Airport Services (CIAS)).
